RozzaPet is a trading name of Suzie Link Personnel Ltd (company number 17391580), Portsmouth, which is the data controller. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Last updated 26 October 2026.
If you join the waiting list we collect your email address and the date you joined.
If you create a RozzaPet app account we collect your email address and the information you choose to add: your pets' names, species, breed, date of birth, weight and microchip number, health and vet records, reminders, any documents or photos you upload, and the questions you type into the AI chat. Details about your pets are not special category data, but vet and health records can be sensitive, so we keep them private to your account.
To tell you when RozzaPet opens and send occasional updates about it (consent, given by joining the list), and to provide the app you signed up to use (contract).
When you use the AI chat, your message and the pet details you select are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a reply. The chat gives general guidance only. It is not a vet and cannot diagnose. In an emergency, call your vet immediately. Please do not put other people's personal details in the chat.
Only the RozzaPet team. We store your data with our database provider, Supabase, send emails through Resend, and use Anthropic to power the AI chat. They act on our instructions. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. We do not sell your data.
Until you delete your account or ask us to remove your data. Waiting list emails are kept until you unsubscribe or we have finished contacting the list after launch.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time, by emailing [email protected]. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
